When a Homeowner policy and a Lenderís policy are issued as part of the same transaction, the premium charged to the purchaser shall be the Homeowner premium plus a simultaneous issue fee of $35.00.  There is no additional premium charged for the Lender Policy other than the simultaneous issue fee.
